Come to the 2010 Annual FERRY BEACH CHURCH RETREAT . . .
APRIL 16-18 (Friday through Sunday)
Whether you are young, old, a newcomer or an old-timer, bring your whole family or come alone, and look forward to . . .
quiet beach walks, fireside conversations, good food, fun, games, variety show, workshops, worship, music, working together, and especially making lasting memories and friends.
Ferry Beach . . .
is a UU Camp and Conference Center in Saco (1/2 hour south of Portland). It offers a beautiful campus on a sandy beach with pine grove and woods. Rooms accom-modate 2-6 people in twin-size beds. Bathrooms with showers are located on each floor. (BYO bedding, etc.) The retreat, inviting folks from Allen Avenue, First Parish, Auburn and Yarmouth UU Churches, begins on Friday with orientation and an ice cream social at 7:00 p.m. and ends on Sunday morning after worship and friendship circle. (You may arrive any time on Friday after 5:00 p.m. with a bag supper, if you wish.)

* All registration forms must be submitted with full payment by Sunday, April 4th to the church office, or emailed The deadline is important to give us an accurate head count for meals. See the link at right to print a registration form!
* You will receive a tentative schedule, directions, and information regarding what to bring after you register.
* As always, this is a collaborative, cooperative and community-building event. Young children will join adults to help clean up common areas, as well as their own sleeping rooms. You will sign up for various tasks upon arrival.

All meals will be provided and prepared by the Ferry Beach food service. (You will love the delicious choices being offered!) Dietary needs will be accommodated within reason. Please bring your own favorite between-meal snacks & beverages to share. (Coffee, tea, & milk are provided.)
